Rent The “Cherokee” Master Suite - $675*
(1 Bedroom)  King size “Jamison” luxurious 5 Star Hotel Bedding, Fine Linens. Private Bath. Hand Cut Cedar Log Furniture and a sitting area with a single sleep sofa. Sleeps 2-3.

4 people  
Rent the “Cherokee Suite” & “Loft” - $875*.
(2 Bedrooms/2 baths) King Bed and bath in the Cherokee Suite,
and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Loft . Sleeps 4-5.

6 people
Complete package includes the “Cherokee Suite” PLUS “Loft” PLUS “HONEYMOON SUITE” all with private baths - $1000*.
Note: Honeymoon Suite only? = $1000. Honeymoon suite has a California King “Jamison” Utopia bed, reading area, private bath with Jacuzzi. Fine Linens and bedding by Waverly.
      
A separate $300 security deposit is required. This security deposit will be placed in a non interest bearing account. The deposit will be returned within 15 days after the home is vacated, cleaned and inventoried.

Deposit of 50% of total rent, PLUS security deposit, signed Rental Agreement and signed Tenant Policy is due within 10 days of reservation. Tentative reservations will be cancelled after that day if no payment is received. Balance due 30 days later. Check in is at 3 pm. Check out at 10 am. Week runs Saturday to Saturday. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to allergies, no smoking or pets, please.
